BEIMS Remote Requests
If you have a maintenance request, this is best logged either by your Building Supervisor or via the authorised maintenance representative for your department or faculty.
Asset Services uses the BEIMS facilities management software which enables maintenance requests to be logged remotely via the Remote Request System access link. This service is only available to authorised users. If your department has nominated you as their authorised user, please contact Asset Services on 8344 6000, who will give you access and training on how to use the system.
The BEIMS Remote Request system is not to be used for urgent or emergency work requests. For all urgent or emergency work requests, please call Asset Services on 8344 6000 (24 hours, 7 days).
The Remote Request system is for non-urgent work where a typical response of more than 2 days is appropriate. No guarantees will be given to the work being attended to if an emergency or urgent request is lodged through the Remote Request system.
Please check if your department/faculty already has a nominated Remote Request Representative before requesting access.
